BRANKO AMARETTO SOUR

How to prepare

Use the following ingredients for one serve 

  • 50ml Branko Plum Rakia
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup (simple syrup)
  • 1 egg white

Put all ingredients in a shaker, without ice, in order to break the egg whites well. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain through a fine sieve into an “old fashioned” glass.

Garnish: Dehydrated orange
