Taste

The taste is medium sweet and lasting, and while the taste is initially dominated by honey, the taste of mint tea comes through later. It has an interesting greenish-yellow color, with a fresh, penetrating scent of mint and a mild note of honey.

Serving

It is excellent as a digestif and is served at temperatures between 12 and 15°C.

Production

Traditional slivovitz with the addition of meadow and forest honey and mint.
