The founder of Belgrade Urban Distillery Branko Nesic spoke with journalist Juliane Reichert for the famous German magazine of bar culture – Mixology.
In the interview, Branko explained his path of founding the distillery, getting into the business of producing quality rakia, and promoting rakia as a cocktail ingredient.
There are also a few words about the latest project, barrel-aged coffee – the only coffee of its kind.
